  1. We’re facing something that can only be described as “what we have absolutely no conception of…”. This is a state that perhaps some of the military special-forces folks may have encountered in assignments in some of the more dire spots of our world. Any appropriate modality suggested to get ready would be “practice”, and a series of trial-runs prior to, simulating a state of total barren-ness; with a cclose & critical-eye on basic “multi-purpose gear ( including necessary spares!
